Often we are faced with decisions that will have a big impact on the course of our life. Even if we already know the better option moving forward, it can feel totally overwhelming thinking about all it will take to make the change.

For people who are upon a major crossroads in life, whether it’s an addiction, loss of sense of self, religion, everything else can start to slip to the periphery. Family, work, and self-care take a back seat. A good night’s sleep seems impossible. You find yourself feeling much more irritable, short-tempered, stressed, or moody than your usual self. It can feel like no one else can truly understand the pressure you are under.

When we work together in therapy, I will help you get to know who you are and what is most important to you in your life. You will experience learning new things about yourself and what your priorities really are--not what others think they should be. Through the process of therapy with me, you will establish a deeper sense about who you are, what you want, and how to get there. From this new understanding, you will then be able to navigate the crossroads of your life and any other predicaments that may come up. My objective is not to make decisions for you or to give you advice on what you should be doing (plenty of your friends and family members are probably doing that already). Instead, I will help you explore your predicament on a whole new level allowing you to realize the confidence you already have to make the changes you want and need..

A little about me:

I was born and raised in New York, eventually put down roots in Baltimore because of the community feel of the city while never being too far away from nature. When I’m not working at my therapy practice, I am most likely spending time with my family and friends, and as often as I can, enjoying time outdoors.
